GOVARDHAN PUJA –  We will perform GOVARDHAN PUJA on Saturday, November 10th, 2018 from 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM with Puja, Bhajans, Abhishek, Parikrama, and Pravachan in honor to Bhagwan Shri Krishna and Mount Govardhan.

 

PAST EVENTS -2018

VASANT PANCHAMI.  Vasant Panchami will be on Sunday, January 21st 2018.    Observance will be held at the Clubhouse from 9 AM – 11:30 AM with the children each performing their individual Puja to Shri Saraswati Mata.  On this same day, we will be planting Holika at 6:00 PM at the residence of Pt. Ganesh.

 

MAHA SHIVARATRI — Shivaratri is Tuesday, Feb. 13th, 2018 and observance will be at the Clubhouse from 5:00 PM – MIDNIGHT with puja, bhajans, abhishek, and pravachan all in honor to Bhagwan Shiva.

 

HOLIKA DAHAN (Burning of Holika) — The Burning of Holika will be on Thursday March 1st, 2018 at 6:00 PM at the residence of Pt. Ganesh.  Holi Celebration will be on Saturday, March 3rd, 2018 from 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM at Okeeheelee Park – Micanopy Pavilion.

CHAITRA NAVATRI  — March 18th – March 25th, 2018.  Observances will be on Sunday March 18th from 5 – 8 PM; Friday March 23rd from 6 – 9 PM, and Saturday March 24th from 5 – 8 PM. We will NOT have regular Sunday morning Satsangh on March 18th, 2018.

 

RAAM NAVAMI — Sunday, March 25th 2018.  Observance will be from 9 AM – NOON at the Clubhouse with puja, bhajans, abhishek, and pravachan in honor to Bhagwan Shri Raam.

 

HANUMAN JAYANTI —  Hanuman Jayanti will be on Saturday, March 31st, 2018.  Observance will be held at the Clubhouse beginning at 9 AM with Puja and Bhajans.  We will then join in the recitation of the Hanuman Chaleesa for 108 times.  We will NOT have regular Sunday morning Satsangh on April 1st, 2017.

 

SHRI KRISHNA JANMASHTAMI — Janmashtami will be on Sunday, September 2nd, 2018.  Observance will be from 7 PM – MIDNIGHT at the Clubhouse with puja, bhajans, abhishek, and pravachan in honor to Bhagwan Shri Krishna.  We will NOT have regular Sunday morning Satsangh on this day.

 

SRI RADHA ASHTAMI — Radha Ashtami will be on Sunday, September 16, 2018.  Observance will be held at 9 AM at the Clubhouse with puja, bhajans, and pravachan in honor to Radharani.

 

SHARDIYA NAVRATRI  — October 9th – October 18th, 2018.  Observances will be held at the Clubhouse on Friday October 12th from 6 – 9 PM; Saturday October 13th from 6 – 9 PM, and Sunday October 14th from 5 – 8 PM. We will NOT have regular Sunday morning Satsangh on Sunday October 14th, 2018.
